Like the early new testament church we hold to the tradition of meeting in homes whenever possible.  However due to size and simplicity, we (like many other believers) do come together as one on Sunday mornings to share in the remembrance of Christ through the breaking of bread and sharing in the cup.  We also enjoy a time of teaching for both children and adults. *

Sunday Mornings:
9:30am Bible Classes for all ages
10:30am Worship and Communion
11:15am Community Lesson

*Children are an important part of the.  They are included and valued as members of the community.  While we emphasize intergenerational learning, there are times when the children are given special attention while the adults have a time for teaching and prayer.  They usually go to separate rooms for learning or do activities outside.

We are all at different stages of spiritual formation and we have much to learn from one another.  We have found that the inclusion of our children in important times of worship and study brings life together with faith.    Our times together are not always smooth or without distraction, but neither are our lives.  We are also hopeful that our children will see the sincerity of our faith and our concern for doing the will of God.   We believe that seeing adults struggle together over the important matters of following Jesus will help children better understand mature faith and the Christian way of life.  It is precisely the times of eating, laughing, crying, and worshiping together in the context of a wider family – young and old together – which show children from an early age how people live in Christian community, and what it means to be at home with one another and for one another.
